Q Are the prints I am interested in ordering in stock?
A If you have a recent brochure, this will most certainly be the case. If in doubt, all images
displayed on our web-site are currently available.
Q How long does it take for delivery?
A For unframed prints, delivery is usually within 10 days. For framed prints, because each
print is framed to order, delivery is within 21 days.
Q What happens if I don’t like the prints when I receive them?
A So long as the prints are returned in perfect condition in the original packaging they can
be returned for a full refund by the method in which you paid.
Q What if the prints I order are damaged on arrival?
A Telephone us to advise that this is the case and we will arrange collection of the
damaged goods and a quick replacement.
Q Can I have a specific Limited Edition Number?
A Providing the number you are requesting is currently unallocated to another customer,
yes, you can request a specific number.
